TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR CORPORATE GUEST PASSES

  1. The complimentary Day Pass (the "Day Pass") entitles an Eligible Person to enjoy complimentary access at one Virgin Active health club in the UK for one day. Additional services (such as personal training sessions, Club V or Spa treatments) are available on payment of the appropriate fees.
  2. The complimentary visit may be redeemed by appointment only at selected Virgin Active clubs taking part. Please call your Virgin Active Health Club to make an appointment (contact details available on the club pages at www.virginactive.co.uk ).
  3. The Day Pass is not redeemable in Chiswick Riverside
  4. Guests to Virgin Active must present a form of photo ID (e.g. Driving License) to redeem their complimentary Day Pass.
  5. Please note that opening times differ from club to club. Please see your club page for full details.
  6. Virgin Active reserves the right to refuse entry to any person if it suspects abuse of this offer or otherwise in its reasonable discretion.
  7. Use of a Day Pass is subject to satisfactory completion of a medical questionnaire and acceptance of the Club Rules (available at any club and on our website).
  8. The Day Pass is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  9. Virgin Active Limited reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time without notice.
  10. Redemption of a complimentary visit shall mean that Eligible Persons will be deemed to have fully and unconditionally accepted and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and Virgin Active’s decisions and may be contacted post the visit, including via electronic means, by Virgin Active for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be contacted by Virgin Active for these purposes, please let a member of staff know.
  11. The Day Pass will expire after a period of one month from the issue date unless otherwise specified on the Day Pass itself.
  12. This offer is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
  13. Virgin Active Limited is not liable for the reproduction of this offer or indirect access via third party websites or otherwise of these terms and where such reproduction misstates or omits any of the information or terms and conditions connected with this offer.
  14. The offer is only open to Eligible Persons. An Eligible Person is a person who is aged 18 years or over, a UK resident and not currently a member of a UK Virgin Active Health Club (including those on freeze). Virgin Active Limited reserves the right to verify the eligibility of Eligible Persons. By applying for this offer, Eligible Persons confirm that they accept the relevant terms and conditions of this offer.
  15. Nothing in these terms and conditions shall be deemed to exclude or restrict any of the Eligible Persons’ statutory rights as a consumer. Details are accurate at time of print.
